Refund and Returns Policy

Overview

Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

Additional non-returnable items:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software products
  • Some health and personal care items

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:

  • Book with obvious signs of use
  • CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been opened.
  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at {email address}.

Sale items

Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email a\ and send your item to our address

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.

Acceptance of your Order

Please note that completion of the online checkout process does not constitute our acceptance of your offer to purchase products or services from us. We will notify you by email as soon as possible to acknowledge that we have received and are processing your order (“Confirmation Notice”).Loose diamonds are shipped 1-4 days after payment, though certain diamonds may be shipped up to 14 days after payment, and all other jewelry and engagement rings will be shipped in 1-3 weeks, depending on the production schedule of that item. Prior to dispatch of the product(s), James Allen has the right to decline an order at its discretion and for any reason (for example, this may happen for legal or regulatory reasons or for reasons related to availability or stock). To the maximum extent permitted by law, sheencrest shall have no liability to you as a result of such refusal of any such order submitted.

If we cannot supply you with the product or service you ordered, we will not process your order and inform you of this in writing (via email) and, if you have already paid for the product, we will refund you in full as soon as reasonably possible, but in any event no later than 14 days after receipt of your payment.

Delivery

sheencrest may choose the carriers at its discretion. Delivery charges and timescales vary depending on the type of products ordered, the service you select and the delivery address.

Please note that certain products and services may be subject to alternative delivery charges, restrictions and/or timescales. If delivery cannot be made to a customer due to the customer not being present at the address at the time allotted by the carrier or if a customer refuses to accept the products, sheencrest reserves the right to deduct the cost for returning products to the sheencrest returns center from the customer’s refund for the order.

All risk in the products you order (including risk of loss and/or damage to the products) shall pass to you when they are delivered to the delivery address specified in your order.

Where the supply of your product(s) or service(s) is delayed or prevented for reasons beyond our control (for example, material shortages, import delays or higher than anticipated demand) we will make every effort to keep you informed but, to the maximum extent permitted by law, shall be under no liability to you for such delay or failure. For the avoidance of doubt, this paragraph does not exclude or effect in any way any statutory right that is afforded to you to cancel an order when a product is delayed or not provided.

Your Right to Cancel and Refunds

You may have cancellation rights governed by local legislations. Nothing in these Terms will affect these statutory rights.
